Lorraine and I are very excited about the first get together tomorrow. We are really looking forward to meeting people who want to share ideas, knowledge and we will both be on hand to share our expertise in return. Also, the free from cakes and bakes that Lorraine produces will enable the attendees to have a lovely treat while they get to know each other. Having IBS, Coeliac or other gastric problems doesnt have to be difficult. We will prove it. See you all there.
